Frank Hajdinjak

Mr. Hajdinjak came to Romania in 2004 and was part of the team responsible for the taking over of Distrigaz Nord gas supply and distribution company. Starting with 2008 he was appointed CEO of E.O.N. Romania – supplier and distributor of electricity and natural gas, a company he led until 2019.

Throughout his professional experience Mr. Hajdinjak was country manager for Romania of the German consulting company Damson and president of ACUE, the Association of Utilities Companies in Romania.

Mr. Hajdinjak is Chief Strategy and Transformational Officer within the Romanian group of companies Adrem, where he coordinates strategic projects of organizational transformation of the group, and since 2022 Chief Executive Officer at EPLUS Smart Energy SA

Mr. Hajdinjak has been an independent member of the Board of Directors of Chimcomplex S.A. Borzești since august 2021.
