Florin Luca

Florin Luca, Chief Executive Officer of GAC Innovation Germany & East Europe, is graduated from Saint-Cyr Military Academy – Public Finance field (France), Paris Sorbonne University (Master in Business Law), London Business School (Leadership Program and Performance) and has 25 years of international executive management experience (including as a member of several boards of directors) in the financial-banking sector as well as in other industries.

Throughout his international career (France, Romania, Central and Eastern European countries, Russia, Middle East, Asia, Africa…), he:

• developed and implemented financial strategies and solutions across a wide range of economic areas (Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Energy/Oil & Gas, Telecom, Real Estate, Construction, …);
• assumed executive leadership roles covering a wide range of activities (Strategy, Corporate & Investment Banking, Financial Engineering, Diplomacy, Economic Research and Studies, Human Resources, Compliance, Strategic Project Management, Corporate Communication…);
• coordinated large cross-functional teams and significant financial resources;
• implemented large-scale transformational projects in multiple fields of activity (Innovation, Corporate Governance, Human Resources, Communication, IT, Finance, Risk Management, Business Development…).

  Florin has the experience to interact with leaders of large international companies, public authorities or diplomats.

  Florin is fluent in Romanian, French and English.
