Laurentiu Andrei is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in the chemical industry, with a career built entirely in operations, technical leadership, and industrial management. He currently serves as Operations Director of the Ramnicu Valcea Branch within Chimcomplex, after previously holding the positions of Production Director and Technical Director at Chimcomplex. His professional background also includes management roles within Oltchim, where he coordinated production activities, technological modernization, and the optimization of industrial processes.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to projects aimed at increasing production capacities, implementing modern technological process control systems, and integrating quality and environmental standards into manufacturing. He has solid experience in coordinating large teams, managing complex technical activities, and developing solutions that support operational efficiency, plant safety, and industrial competitiveness.
